You know that thing when you see someone cute and he smiles and your heart kind of goes like warm butter sliding down hot toast? Well that's what it's like when I see a store. Only it's better.

Dear Readers-- that is IF there are any,

Don't be sad if I don't update this blog of mine as often as I should (or would like too!). It just simply means that my real life is SO much more better than the cyberlife we all call, internet.

Hah! But really, things have been going extremely well, 2009! School is great, because even if I'm not classmates with Christian in the 2 classes I'm taking for this 6-week session, I may be having the best professors I've ever had in my entire educational existence.

My Business Law teacher, Prof. David Blumberg, is not only a teacher but a lawyer (not practicing anymore though, but he is a Boards member.) as well! He tells thee best stories... stories from being in jury duty, courtrooms and famous cases that were covered by the press. He cracks us all up too! I'm seriously getting my money's worth! I've also checked his "background" on ratemyprofessors.com and almost all of his comments says he is indeed awesome. Check it out, HERE.

My other prof is Sir Allen Stevens, (Ph.D) for my Urban Studies - Social Black Community class. Check out his profile HERE. I like him because he is the first black professor I have encountered that talks black! Haha! He's not afraid to use curse words, say 'Yo mamma jokes and basta, stuff like that! I'm also being exposed to how they are considered as minorities in this country. Prejudice makes me sad talaga. I mean, color is just a color for me, I don't get why others see it differently. Hay! Oh, and I am the only "white girl" (even though I'm Asian! LOL!) in this class as I have foreseen. Haha! But they're all really nice! Like whenever they talk slang, and they see me with a quizical look on my face because I don't get some of the words they use, they explain it to me! Haha! Like this classmate of mine was talking about "naps"- and I thought naps was another term for sleeping right? But as it turns out, it has another meaning... it has something to do with their hair-- 'cause they have coarse hair right, and naps are those things that makes it difficult for them to comb it through. Heehee! =P

Okay, since this is turning into such a random entry and I feel like being random anyways, I'll just talk about the stuff that pops up my mind!

MY KIND OF CHEATING!

As you may or may not know, I have never been a fan of cheaters! Haha! Ehem, ehem! =)) But this kind of cheating is one that I will tolerate and love for the rest of my life! Heehee! It's Chris' handwriting! He "helped" me during our finals for our Statistics class last Session. Ang galing kasi nya dun and I'm so obob at Maths! Haha! So yan, thanks to him, I passed with flying colors! Yey!

Eeeeh! Speaking of, visit my FB page! Haha! It says, we're "in a relationship" na kahit hindi naman! ♥ LOL! I forced him to make an FB account because I don't have MySpace and kasi ayaw naman nya ng Friendster daw. Add HIM, daliiii! =* Ay tapos alam nyo ba nung first day, pareho kaming nakasuot ng blue and white striped hoodies! Ahaha! Hindi namin pinagusapan yun!! Haha! Nakakatuwa lang, we belong! Heehee!

This now is the front part of it... It's still not done because I have a few more pictures and thingamajigs to add to it, but at the moment that is how how it looks like! Haha! I'm SO raiding IKEA!!!

Hmm, what else have I done for this week? Oh, I met up with Karen and Pot last Tuesday and we ate lunch at our old fave place to eat, Seattle's! Haha! The cutie guy at the cashier still remembers me! LOL! He said, "Look who decided to drop by again!" Funny!! Haha! Tapos andami pa nyang kinwento! =P I'll also drop by Pot's house this Sunday 'cause it's Baby Logan's binyag! =))

Um, Chris and I had been hanging out almost everyday after classes too. On Monday we went at Queens Mall-- (I finally used the remaining credits on my Forever21 giftcard, one of his presents for me last Christmas. I bought a batwing top and purple leopard print cami! Ay nako, they are SO nice! Haha! I'll show you some pics when I get it out of the hamper.) and Target-- (we needed a new computer mouse, and I got one for just 7 bucks!). He also went with me to Loehmann's last Wednesday because I wanted to check out the stuff they sold there kasi a friend told me that they have branded stuff in there for almost half the original price. True enough, we saw a lot of mura items! And they were originals, promise! I am going back when I have more money na! Haha! =)) On Thursday we watched Bedtime Stories... Nako, sorry Adam love, pero ang pangit.. mashadong pambata kasi! Haha! So yun! =P

Ay tapos ang funny, I sold my Accounting book for $85 because I thought I got them for $120. As it turns out, it was only $90 when I checked it at our bookstore again. Haha! Kawawa naman the girl I made uto, but good for me and my pocket! Heehee! I also saw The Tales of Beedle the Bard and it was being sold for $13. Akala ko mura na yun so dapat bibilhin ko na pero when I checked the catalogue, I found out that at Borders, they're selling it for only $7 lang! Kainis! Kaya yun, hihiramin ko nalang sa NY Library! Heehee! And they just called while I'm typing this and said available na daw for pick-up and so I'll probably get it by Monday! =)) Yey!

Hmm, I have also been movie marathoning again from bootlegged videos found in the interweb! Haha! I watched 7 pounds, House Bunny, Shake Rattle and Roll (kasi I missed Filipino movies!!!) and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (kahit kakapanood palang namin last week!). =) I wanna see Yes Man, Valkyrie, Bride Wars and The Unborn next, on the big screen though!!! Sana manood ulit kami this week! =))

Oh, I also forgot to tell you how I spent New Years! Ofcourse we went to mass first. Then me, my Mom, Tito Nilo and Ninang Ageeh drove up to Tangers, one of the bigger outlet shops upstate. It was fun! =)) I ALMOST bought my dream Uggs pero wala ng mint green eh! Sayang! We ALMOST ate dinner at The Cheesecake Factory (where Penny from The Big Bang Theory works! Aaaah!) too but there was a 2-hour waiting time (line), kaya hindi natuloy so we ate at Shin Ba nalang, this Japanese resto near our place! Masarap din! Infact, I'll be calling them for delivery after I get finished with this! Haha! =))

Shiiiit, nagutom tuloy ako! Scratch that, I'm calling them right now! Yey, shrimp tempuras and chicken katsu!
